The Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course is designed to support managers and supervisors who have responsibility for teams and workplace wellbeing. It provides practical guidance on how to recognise early signs of mental health challenges, respond appropriately and confidently, and support colleagues while maintaining professional boundaries. The course focuses on having supportive conversations, understanding escalation routes, and working effectively with Mental Health First Aiders to create a safe, respectful, and mentally healthy workplace.
