Introduction

At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

Insights Discovery uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.

Key Aspects of Insights Discovery

The Four Colour Energies: Everyone has a mix of all four colors, but one or two usually dominate.
- Fiery Red: Results-driven, assertive, and direct.
- Sunshine Yellow: Sociable, enthusiastic, and visionary.
- Earth Green: Supportive, reliable, and empathetic.
- Cool Blue: Analytical, precise, and reserved.
The Personal Profile: After completing a 30-frame evaluator (questionnaire), users receive a detailed report outlining their strengths, weaknesses, communication style, and blind spots.
Purpose: It is used for improving team dynamics, leadership development, and resolving conflict.
The Team Wheel: A tool that maps out a team's collective color energies, helping to identify communication gaps and strengths.
