First Aid for Personal Trainers

Introduction

This course will give will give any either instructing or offering personal training sessions the confidence to deal with a wide range of medical emergencies.  Our fun and dynamic approach to training ensures everybody will gain knowledge and skills.

This course is split into two sections:

Section 1 involves completing our interactive e-learning module and this can be done any time prior to attending the face to face training. This eLearning is designed to take 2-hours. 

Section 2 is a one day face to face training course at your chosen venue, where you will learn and demonstrate all the practical skills of the course.

This course is accredited by ‘Bluebox Qualifications Standard’ which supports customers in their due diligence when selecting Bluebox Learning as their first aid training provider. Bluebox Qualifications Standard is an independent standards framework and is fully compliant with Health and Safety Guidance (GEIS3).
