This course demonstrates how organisations need to have systems in place to ensure all learning and development activities create equal access to learning. During this workshop we focus on Internal quality assurance which is a method to ensure appropriate monitoring of all teaching, learning and assessment activities which employees will undertake.

Quality Assurance activity involves reviewing the following:

Trending data to support trainer standardisation activity.
